PIJAC Canada Announces Massive Change to Their Trade Show Lineup

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PIJAC Canada announces massive change to their trade show lineup

October 25, 2016, Ottawa, ON: PIJAC Canada is thrilled to announce the launch of their brand new event, The Western Canadian Pet Industry Trade Show (#WCPITS) taking place on June 4 and 5, 2017.  This new show amalgamates the Calgary and Western Pet Expos into one large two-day professional event. The plan is to have the Western Canadian Pet Industry Trade show on rotation and to host it in BC for 2018.

In a bold move inspired by loyal participants, PIJAC Canada has morphed this show into a work/play destination event.  In its first year, The Grey Eagle Resort and Casino will play host in Calgary, Alberta.  Selected for its beautiful accommodations and onsite exhibit access, the Grey Eagle provides gourmet cuisine at four restaurants, a world class casino and allows effortless access to the downtown core and local sightseeing excursions.

“Pet businesses in this region of Canada have developed a market with its own unique western flair. They deserve a show which caters to their savvy approach to all things pet”, says Louis McCann, President, and CEO of PJAC Canada, “We know very well it is a struggle to stay up to date with the latest products and trends in such a rapidly changing sector.  We crafted WCPITS to connect retail and service businesses directly with suppliers, allowing them to experience products first hand, see what’s new and engage vendors face to face about features and pricing.  What can be accomplished in two short days at this event will save great amounts of time later and when the day is done, there’s not far to go for fun and relaxation.”

The staff  is working on additional specials and discounts for participants to ensure a worthwhile and cost- effective experience.  “The Western Canadian Pet Industry Trade Show will be a definite departure from our previous events.”, says Roselyne Lévêque, Event Manager, “When asking businesses to travel, it is imperative to make sure it is worth the investment.  We have truly raised the bar and are excited to reveal the details over the coming months.” Exhibitor packages will be available soon and registration will begin in early 2017.

  1. Hey you have shared very informative post. I also require custom trade show displays for the expo but I want to design that on my own. I was just wondering if you can suggest some nice designs for DIY display panels for my craft expo.
